About the eDPI Calculator

What is eDPI?

eDPI (effective DPI) is your in-game sensitivity multiplied by your mouse DPI. It lets players with different DPI settings compare their real aim sensitivity: 0.4 sensitivity at 800 DPI (eDPI 320) feels identical to 0.2 at 1600 DPI (eDPI 320).

What sensitivity do pros use?

Most professional Valorant players sit between 200 and 400 eDPI — roughly 25 to 50 cm per 360° turn. TenZ famously uses 0.39 at 800 DPI (eDPI 312). Lower sensitivity gives more precision; higher gives faster flicks. Find the balance that feels right for you.

Frequently asked questions

Most pros play between 200 and 400 eDPI. The average professional sits around 280-320, which corresponds to roughly 40 cm/360.

cm/360 is the physical distance in centimeters you must move your mouse to turn a full 360 degrees. Lower cm/360 means faster, twitchier aim; higher means slower, more precise aim.

It is a great starting point, but your ideal sensitivity depends on your mousepad size, grip and comfort. Start near a pro range and adjust in small steps until aiming feels effortless.
