Follow a moving target and measure your tracking accuracy percentage.
Follow the moving target
A target moves in a smooth loop for 15 seconds. Keep your cursor on it — time on target is measured automatically.

Click start. A target begins moving in a smooth, looping path across the arena.
Keep your cursor on the target for 15 seconds. Time spent on the target is recorded automatically.
See your time-on-target percentage — the higher the better for tracking-heavy games.
Flicking and tracking use different motor skills. Tracking — smoothly following a moving target — is essential for automatic weapons, beams and sprays. This trainer isolates it with a target that never teleports or despawns.
Consistently holding 70%+ time on target is strong, and 85%+ is excellent. Smooth, continuous mouse control matters more than speed — practice until your cursor glides with the target rather than chasing it.
It is the percentage of the session where your cursor stays inside the target radius. The trainer measures it automatically from your mouse position every frame.
Games with automatic weapons and moving targets — Apex Legends, Overwatch 2, Fortnite beams, and most PvE games. Flick-heavy games like Valorant and CS2 benefit less.
Use a smooth, fluid mouse stroke instead of micro-corrections, lower your sensitivity if you over-correct, and practice daily. Slow, deliberate tracking builds the muscle memory.
