Roll the dice, buy properties, build your color groups and collect rent in this classic property-trading board game — free in your browser, with 2 to 4 players.
Pick 2, 3 or 4 players, then choose vs AI (you against the computer) or hotseat (friends on the same device). Everyone starts with $1,500 on the GO square.
On your turn, click Roll dice. Move that many spaces clockwise. Passing GO collects $200. Rolling doubles lets you roll again — but 3 doubles in a row sends you to Jail!
Land on an unowned property to Buy it or Pass. Land on a rival's property and you pay rent. Own all the properties of one color and rent is tripled.
Chance cards give or take money, tax squares cost $100 or $75, and landing on Go To Jail sends you to the cell — pay $50 bail or roll doubles to escape.
Bankrupt your opponents to be the last tycoon standing. If nobody goes bankrupt before the turn limit, the player with the highest net worth (cash + property value) wins.
The board has 28 spaces: 16 properties grouped into 6 colors, 4 Chance squares, 2 taxes, a Railroad and 4 special corners (GO, Jail, Free Parking, Go To Jail). Owning an entire color group triples the rent — the core of your strategy.

Rent triples when you own a full group. Prioritize cheap groups early to build a reliable income.
Never spend everything. Keep $100+ in reserve so one bad roll or big rent doesn't bankrupt you.
Landing on a rival's full group hurts. Try to grab properties near the AI's holdings to block their groups.
Doubles let you roll again — but three doubles send you to Jail. Know when to keep pushing your luck.
You're on Mediterranean Ave and roll a 7. You move to Oriental Ave (unowned, price $100) and decide to Buy it. Your cash: $1,500 → $1,400.
Next turn you roll a 6 and land on Connecticut Ave ($120). You buy it — now you own the full Light Blue group. Rent on each triples.
The AI lands on your Oriental Ave. Base rent is $6 — but your complete group makes it $18. The AI pays you $18.
A few turns later the AI lands on Go To Jail. While it's stuck paying bail or failing doubles, you pass GO twice and collect $400. The AI eventually runs out of cash and declares bankruptcy — you win! 🏆
